Ontario Home Energy Services Inc. is not affiliated with the Government of Ontario, Enbridge Gas, the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO/Save on Energy), or Natural Resources Canada. The Home Renovation Savings Program is administered by Enbridge Gas and IESO/Save on Energy with provincial government backing.

Financing terms. Equipment financing is facilitated by federally regulated Canadian consumer lenders. Annual percentage rates and total cost of borrowing vary by lender, credit profile, term length, and equipment type, and will not exceed the federal Criminal Code maximum of 35% APR (effective January 1, 2025). Full APR, monthly payment, amortization, and total cost of borrowing are disclosed before you sign any agreement. No down payment is required for approved customers; you own the equipment outright with no Notice of Security Interest (NOSI) or lien registered on your home's title.

Your right to cancel. Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, you have a 10-day cooling-off period after signing a consumer agreement to cancel without penalty.
